Dancing with Our Stars: A Night Under the Big Top

MARQUETTE, Mich. – The annual event ‘Dancing with Our Stars – Marquette County Style’ is set to return for its 11th year, bringing excitement and entertainment to the community.

A Night of Performance and Community Spirit

This year’s theme, “A Night Under the Big Top,” promises a vibrant spectacle as seven teams vie for the coveted top honors. Over the past four months, participants have dedicated countless hours to both fundraising and perfecting their dance routines, showcasing their commitment to the cause.

Supporting a Worthy Cause

The competition serves as the largest annual fundraiser for the U.P. Hospice Foundation, whose director, David Aro, highlights the event’s diverse offerings:

“So much to the show that I think people will enjoy as far as the dancing, and the artistry. There’s acting, there’s singing, there’s people playing instruments,” Aro said. “So, a lot of variation from previous years, but a lot of the same fun.”

Clearly, attendees can expect an array of performances beyond dance, reinforcing the event’s dedication to providing family-friendly entertainment.

Engagement and Updates

For those interested in keeping up with the event, the TV6 livestream is available, ensuring that viewers can enjoy the show in real time. As clips are made available from broadcasts, you can subscribe to our YouTube page or download the TV6+ app for the latest news and updates.

Conclusion

As Marquette County gears up for this annual highlight, the combination of local talent and charitable purpose reflects the spirit of the community. Join in for an unforgettable night of entertainment while contributing to a vital local service.
